Health coaches specialize in behavior change.
We support our clients in exploring their
strengths, values, strategies and motivations
for change. A coach helps you recognize
potential obstacles and workarounds, and
partners with you to create and implement
new habits that will bridge the gap between
where you are and where you want to be.
You are the expert on you.
Health coaches don’t lecture, prescribe or dispense advice. Instead, we empower you to make your own decisions. Health coaches ask challenging questions, listen with empathy and support you without judgement. We are accountability partners, helping you to take small, manageable steps towards reaching your own unique health goals.

I offer a free 30 minute discovery session for all new clients, either by phone or Zoom. We can talk about the coaching process, explore your health goals, and get a little taste of what coaching together would be like. There’s no pressure to commit to coaching during the call, but it should give you an idea of the possibilities. Bring all of your questions and let’s connect.

What does coaching
with me look like?
Once you decide that health coaching with me feels right for you, you’ll have the opportunity to fill out my coaching contract (a set of agreements about what is expected of both of us throughout the coaching experience) as well as a questionnaire designed to help you start thinking about what you want from the coaching experience.
Unless you have an immediate concern to be coached around, we will start with a 1 hour session to explore and clarify what your vision of health and wellness looks like, and what tangible results you are hoping to achieve through coaching.
We will then connect for a 45 minute session weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your goals and how you work best, structure- and accountability-wise.
Between sessions, you may have an experiment or a small step to play around with that will move you closer to your goals.
All sessions are available a la carte, but to really start seeing measurable change and sustainable progress, I suggest at least a 3 month commitment.
My goal is to create a safe and judgement-free space where we can dig in and unlock your personal road map to health and wellness.
